I like "Offering" too. But without the "The".
I've been doing a lot of reading on International Security lately (for my class) and can't help but think that terms from that, or variations thereof, might work. Like "Strength through Peace".
I'll keep thinking about it.
How about "Presentation". An alternate might be "The Presentation".

Hmmm, aside from the aforementioned "Red Vengeance" all that's coming to mind to me are fairly pretentious long titles like:
"The Price of Security is Vigilance" "Honor Does Not Come without a Cost"
"Rite of Passage"
"Stand Down"
"Guardian"
"Ready"
